IgentBIM is an advanced plugin for BIMvision, designed for engineers, structural engineers, architects, and prefabrication designers. It enables fast, parametric modeling of steel and reinforced concrete structures – intuitively and without the need for programming. Using so-called “masses” (intelligent solids) and structured lines, users can quickly generate complete models of indoor, industrial, and engineering facilities.
The plugin allows you to:
- define structural systems using parameters such as the number of axes, storey height, and roof type,
- quickly create model variants with different design assumptions,
- export completed models to IFC, DXF, OBJ, or RTD formats (for Robot Structural Analysis),
- integrate with popular BIM tools: BIMvision, Revit, ArchiCAD, Tekla Structures, Allplan.
Thanks to a direct connection to the free BIMvision viewer, designers can immediately analyze the model, create cross-sections, check for clashes, add element properties, and generate bills of materials using dedicated plugins. The IgentBIM plugin is ideal for conceptual work, tendering, and optimizing solutions for cost and material consumption.
