Webinar: “Construction under control – Managing works on site with IFC support” – recording now available!
On October 7 and 9, a webinar was held on construction process management using the Construction Manager tool for the BIMvision platform. During the meeting, we demonstrated how to plan, monitor, and report on construction progress in an organized manner for both small investments and larger projects.

During the webinar, we looked at:
- Problems in construction management without control – lack of a schedule, outdated progress information, unclear responsibilities.
- A systematic approach – how to use the Construction Manager solution to prioritize tasks, report on work progress, and achieve process transparency.
- An example – construction of a single-family house
- Using the IFC model, we showed what the implementation process might look like, with color-coded work status and real-time task completion reporting.
- The most important features of the Construction Manager plugin:
- flexible progress reporting,
- model revision support,
- multiple users can work simultaneously,
- easy installation and intuitive operation,
- compatibility with the free IFC BIMvision model viewer.
Construction Manager:
- provides insight into the current state of construction without the need to visit the site,
- allows you to check what has been done, by whom, and when,
- strengthens the sense of responsibility,
- saves time on reporting and analyzing work progress.
